Why?
I have a new boss.
Not a big deal you say.
Yes, it is.
Because shes a walking fail.
simple.
But that isnt the dilemma.
The issue is this, im perplexed. A coworker friend of mine told me to head over to victorias secret to capitalize on the awesome sales that they have for the season. Not for me, as you were thinking, but for women friends.
Now, im in now way, shape, or form conservative. But...uh....can you say blush-face. I mean, I dont know, the idea seems like a win win, but then thats also the reason it can be a set up for failure.
I go, get 5 cute undies for her.
five things that can go wrong
- I get the size wrong and shell think I think shes a fatty fatty 2x4
- I get uncomfortable scratchy underwear, and everytime she puts it on, shell be cursing me from her love-locations, and then Ill be barred from even a casual outing.
- she could take it the wrong way and think that I want to see her in said underwear...nope, im buying them to see what they look like on the floor...
- She sees that I got them on sale, and now Im a cheap ass. (but seriously....)
- She puts it under her tree and opens the gift in front of her family... AWK..
What are your thoughts on the idea? Are there better gifts to be giving?

Heh, girls absolutely love sexy underwear. If you've already seen her naked, definitely go for it. VS makes some good stuff, regardless of the price or comfort.

@OhMyHeart- thanks, Ill take that advice and apply it situationally. :)
Of course I was operating under the handshake principle, and with that principle came grief because for any occasion a handshake would do (eid,xmas,hannukah,birthdays,new years,marriage,divorce,babies,deaths...etc).
As Ive been told before, time to step up my game.
Alsooo ANYTHING from the perfume/body spray/lotion/shower gel section of the store will go over well.
If you pair something like that with the underware you have a bit more of a cushion for any of the errors you are afraid of when picking out the underware! Overall she will STILL be happy with the present.

Being a veteran of VS employment, my best advice is ask a sales associate.
Most men walk in completely uncomfortable, and sales associates can spot it a mile away. Personally, I loved helping men shop for their wife, mistress (I think I ran into a few of those situations), gf. Its fun for us, stress free for you.
Employees get free bras and panties when the new lines come out so we can wear them and tell the customer how they fit. VS employees are trained experts. ;P
